He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western Michigan University and a Master's in Public Administration from Oakland University. Collin is the founder and president of LMS Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning for local governments and nonprofit organizations. His leadership has made a substantial impact on local governance and community development. Collin's extensive career in the public sector includes pivotal roles at Delta Township, the State of Michigan, the City of Cincinnati, Michigan Works, and the City of Center Line, where he has spearheaded initiatives that improved public sector efficiency and enhanced community well-being.
In his directorial role, he manages essential programs like the Living Wage Program and MBE/WBE/SBE certification programs, ensuring adherence to prevailing wage laws across various governmental levels. His work emphasizes inclusivity and equitable economic growth.
